As obvious from the name, the hospital is only for the cancer patients. Deserving patients are treated completely free of cost there. The hospital has set new standards in the country of caring for patients. The patients there are being provided with the best facilities and equipment available.

You are right that property prices in Johar Town are far lesser than DHA but there is no significant difference in standard of living. In my opinion, Johar Town is the best place to live for middle lass families and property prices over there are very reasonable. Today the property rates are getting down because of economic crisis in Pakistan. Houses that coasted so much previously are now not that expensive but the problem is that peoples purchasing power is so low that they cannot purchase even that.
Johar town is very nice place to live if you are living in Lahore because rest of the Lahore is flooded with pollution and nobody I think would like to live in those areas.
